Good morning everyone,
When you wake up in the morning and you feel lazy the best thing to do is go to gym, that's what I do. If u don't have a gym next to your house you can either go to one in your car  or  just do it at home. Turn on the music, bring your weights and just do any excercies you like.. Or turn on the TV  there is always a program in the morning that show how to do simple excercie at home. It let all the stress out and let your mind concentrate on one thing in a time. And you can continue your day full of energy and happiness. So wake up and move your body..
