Tonight Layla Baayoun, the famous cook on fatafeat who is mum's best friend came to our house and I made this Fondant au chocolat again, but this time its different. She helped me doing it ... Its the same recipe but with her magic touch. It sure looked and taste better than yesterday. Today instead of putting soft sugar I put
white sugar, the normal one :p And it sure looked softer!! So u can always learn from a professional, it sure do help. And here it is.
