I just found out a quote for Albert Einstein  that i really liked and wanted to share with you

I think what Albert wants to tell us is that if we really need to do something or just to live a happy life we have to put an objective in our mind. And this objective is like a ball that we want to shoot and score.Count on yourself because  if you count on someone else sometimes it can drives you to fall or even to shoot that ball in a wrong way. So be yourself and do whatever your heart tells you to do and not what people say.

Finally today the sun came back to us !! Its a sunny day ! Its time to go out, call your friends, go to a place next to the sea.. Don't be lazy to sit all day at home doing nothing. I called my friend and we are spending all day together. Friends are hard to find. In a lifetime you get only few, you always know them by sight and heart alone. And a true friend never gets tired of listening to your pointless dramas over and over again. So when u find a friend and  you know his a true one, keep him close to you and try not to loose him.
My best friend came to Lebanon last year and we didn't know each other so well but we were lucky and we met each other and now we are more than just best friends we are like sisters . But unfortunately she is going back to France next year to continue her education their. But we are gonna stay in touch and keep talking all the time because a friend like this can't be lost.

Tonight Layla Baayoun, the famous cook on fatafeat who is mum's best friend came to our house and I made this Fondant au chocolat again, but this time its different. She helped me doing it ... Its the same recipe but with her magic touch. It sure looked and taste better than yesterday. Today instead of putting soft sugar I put  

white sugar, the normal one :p And it sure looked softer!! So u can always learn from a professional, it sure do help. And here it is. 

Plus today I had a photographing class.. It was amazing ... Next week u  will begin to see my photo shooting skills. ;)

When you wake up in the morning and you feel lazy the best thing to do is go to gym, that's what I do. If u don't have a gym next to your house you can either go to one in your car  or  just do it at home. Turn on the music, bring your weights and just do any excercies you like.. Or turn on the TV  there is always a program in the morning that show how to do simple excercie at home. It let all the stress out and let your mind concentrate on one thing in a time. And you can continue your day full of energy and happiness. So wake up and move your body..

Well today I stayed home and decided to cook .. but not anything.. its everything with Nutella ... Mmmm it felt awesome, the taste was amazing.Well I over used butter but its fine, I made the taste more rich with it . Now i am gonna tell u about the recipes and u can make them at home ...  specially girls.

I made 3 recipes. First I made Fondant au chocolat, I mixed  200 g of Nutella with 50 g of butter on fire, then in a bowl I mixed 50 g of flour with 4 eggs and I added 80 g of Sucre then I pour the Nutella mix. 

Butter 6 mouls ( cup for the brownies ) and share all mixture in the mouls. Let it rest for 6 hours and cover it with aluminium paper. I know its a lot but i promess in the end you will have an amazing  result.. After these long hours, put it in the oven on 180 degree for 10 minutes and if u feel it need more add 5 more minutes. The centre should stay liquid. Finally u take out and put a little of soft sugar and TASTE.

Now the second recipe is cornflakes coverd by Nutella. This recipe is so easy, you mix 100 g of nutella with 75 g of butter. In a bowl you put 200 g of cornflakes and u add the mixture. You can put them in a heart moule or in any shape you have. Put it in the freezer for 1 hour and then let it crunch under your teeth .

 

And now last but not least  I prepared the lazy cake, this recipe is also easy, you mix a cup of melt butter with 1 small condesed nestle and 2/3 cup of cocoa and 1/2  little spoon of liquid vanilla  Mix them all very good. Break around 50 pieces of biscuit and add them to the mixture. You can either put it in a heart shape moul or in a aluminium  papers and put it in the freezer for around an hour.
